side effects are noticeable but tolerable

I'll agree with the other reviewers that the most noticeable improvement in this product is the presence of the unpleasant side effects I would experience with other fat burners I've taken in the past is less in this one. Not nonexistent, just a lot more tolerable. Be careful if you have never taken this kind of product as it can cause you to feel dizzy and jittery if you don't have a tolerance for it. I've been taking one type of thermogenic or another for the past 15 years so these pills did not phase me much.
I still prefer green tea extract and yohimbine, Yohimbine HCL 90 Capsules + Green Tea Extract 60 Capsules With FREE Pure Caffeine Powder 25 Grams. I was scheduled for surgery back then, that's how bad of shape i was in, avoided it completely and lost over 100 lbs in less than 2 1/2 years. These two energy pills are one of the very few supplements I ever took that did not effect me in a negative way, I can't recommend them enough for the energy boost without the side effects.

Too intense

I'm 34 years old, around 195 lbs, and usually fluctuate between 11% and 14% body fat. After cycling off BELDT: Force Thermogenic, which helped me cut down to 12% at 185 lbs pretty easily, I started using this Hydroxycut. In fact, I really only switched over to because my lifting partner gave me the last half of his bottle. I'm not going to say it's ineffective, since I had loads of energy and was able to shed another couple pounds (didn't check body fat % this time), but after a while I'd had enough of the jitters and stomach cramps. At first, I though it was an adverse reaction but apparently a lot of other people had the same experience, even my buddy. Might work for some, but I'll be switching back.

A great way to lose weight - If you can stomach the side effects!

I just started taking this supplement and can feel it working instantly. I will echo what other reviewers say regarding the side effects - they suck. I am not much of a caffiene drinker, but have taken many different thermos, so I knew what to expect. If you are new to thermos, you may not want to start here. This reminds me of the Xenadrine I used to take back in college before it was yanked because of ephedrine - my friends and I jokingly refer to them as 'Bitch Pills'. They will make your heart race, make you feel nauseous, warm/tingly, edgy/irritable and DEAR GOD do not take these within 8 hours of bed time - seriously. I took one at 5pm yesterday (stupid me) and I was up until 4am. I plan to stick with the 1 pill a day for at least a week, and possibly work up to 1 pill twice a day. I do not see how any human being could stomach 4 of these pills a day without being utterly miserable or dead. The appetite suppressant works great for me - which is a double-edged sword. I have to force myself to eat because the thought of food is not remotely appealing, but I need to eat something to combat the nausea...but then I eat and feel like throwing up (and sometimes do).
Rave review, right?? I put up with these side effects because a.) they do get a better with time and b.) this stuff WORKS. I'm a 5'9" female, 32 y/o, 155 lbs and I fully expect to blast through those last stubborn 10 lbs in 3 weeks. To me, it's worth it to reach my goal. Unpleasant, but worth it. Happy heart pounding, everyone!
