Works great!

I bought Pro Clinical Hydroxycut 60 rapid release caplets as a 2 pack through Sam's Club, and have been using it for about a year. I gained 70 pounds with my pregnancy, and was well above 200 pounds when I began taking this product. For a long time I just slightly changed my diet and took these caplets without changing anything about my daily or exercise routines, and I started to lose weight. I continued losing slowly and steadily, then about 6 months ago I started a new diet program (Weight Watchers Points Plus) and I hired a personal trainer to help me lose more weight. I continued taking the Hydroxycut and even my trainer and my Dr. were amazed at how quickly I dropped weight. I shed 50 lbs. in 4 months while my husband was away at basic training and AIT. When he came home I weighed 159 pounds and was down to a body fat percentage of 29%, which isn't really a good percentage, but was drastically healthier than the 37% I had been at previously. I am convinced that this product is what made these results possible, because I was dropping weight even when I took the product with no other changes. Adding the healthier diet and exercise just accelerated my results and I couldn't be happier.
When I first began this regimen I was over anxious and skipped the "trial period" where you only take one pill and build up to the suggested serving size, so I started taking the full amount immediately and experienced some restlessness and my heart fluttering like I was anxious. I backed off and this went away, then after building up to it as was recommended I never experienced this sensation, again. Also, the instructions say to take 2 pills 3x a day and I was only taking 2 pills 2x a day, so if you take it 3x like the instructions say I'm sure you will see even better results than I have experienced!
The instructions also say to take the caplets 30 minutes before your main meals, but I experienced on a couple of occasions some nausea with taking these on an empty stomach, so I usually took them with my meals or when I had something else in my stomach as well. I'm not sure how that affected my results, but I am still pleased with the results that I have seen.
I recommend this to anyone who is trying to lose a large amount of unwanted body fat!

Love it BUT hardly sleep

Okay, so I have an obsession with my weight, what girl doesn't right?
I was skeptical about buying this, but decided to give it a try.
Lost 8 pounds the first 7 days.I'm on my second week .eat healthy, and workout everyday for at least 30 mins.
You sweat A LOT!..i was 143 starting these pills..now i'm 136..my goal weight is 125..almost there!.
like everyone else said don't take these before bed..even after 4pm for that matter.
You'll turn into an insomniac..it's a quick fix. but not intended for long term use.

It does work but be careful

I've used this product on two different accounts. I'm not in terrible condition, but I can stand to lose a few extra pounds. I am 6'0 210lbs. I know that this product can be very symptomatic in regards to how the product can effect you. I have heard all the war stories in regards as to how this product can cause liver damage and all that jazz...however I know many people that take this product and we are all agree that the people didn't take the product the right way. Also the people that give this product 1 star probably don't take this product the write way. Most people want a pill or program to work instantly but it's not going to happen and they get upset and make the product as it doesn't work. I took this pill yesterday, I weighed myself before yesterday and I was at 210, I weighed myself today and I am at 203. I used 3 different scales each time to make sure that the scales all were in agreement and they all said the same thing. The pill helps to regulate my waste system and it seemingly cleansed my body out and pants that I had trouble fitting into the day before were actually loose on me.
Losing 7 lbs in one day was amazing however it came at a small cost. The side effects were pretty strong. I know that some people didn't feel any and I think that that is awesome. I felt them and they were enough to make me want to stop until I saw how much weight I lost. They we not bad, my heart seemed to flutter all day and I had a little headache. Once I drank water to help flush my system it really helped control them. You do have to drink a lot of water when taking these pills. I plan on taking them for a month then stop. I don't like to rely on pills to help me lose weight. However, I just wanted to do this to see if it would work and it does.
Be wise in regards to if you think the symptoms are to much for you. But don't blame the product when you were warned prior to buying it that there were side effects that come along with this product.
