It's Soy Good

Used this product with satisfactory results. Followed instructions for the first three weeks and did not die of hunger, have fainting spells, or drool over food commercials (okay, maybe a few.) The first week consists of three drinks a day at meal time. In less than one hour, one feels full. Other than drinking some juices and 4-6 glasses of water, no other sustenance is necessary. I am an active person requiring much energy. On my feet a minimum of twelve hours a day. Almased kept me primed and moving. Check the sugar contents on a variety of milks like coconut, almond, soy, and low fat dairy before choosing a base. The most satisfying milk I found to be organic vanilla soy. Soy seems thicker than almond or coconut and produces a richer/heavier drink. Tastes like a treat, not a punishment. Months later I still have at least one Almased drink per day instead of a meal. It is particularly beneficial in taming after 7 p.m. cravings.And an excellent commuter breakfast. (DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO ADD ICE CREAM!)

Almased meal replacement

I purchased this product after researching it and reading reviews from multiple sources. I'm using this as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch with a lean dinner and exercise to aid in weightloss. I'm used to drinking protein shakes so this product wasn't really anything new to me. It mixes well with soymilk in a blender bottle and tastes like honey grahm crackers, it is a little more gritty than I'm used to with my regular protein but it doesn't bother me. Today is my first day using Almased and I have to say that i'm not hungry or craving any food, my energy level is steady and overall I feel good. I had a shake for breakfast, worked out and had a banana for morning snack then a shake for lunch and a babybel cheese and a small apple for afternoon snack followed by "light" soup with fresh raw veggies and 1/2cup of low fat cottage cheese for dinner. I have a major sweet tooth and like to satisfy that after dinner craving with a Luna protein bar. They are small enough that you don't feel like you are over-indulging, they have 12 grams of protein and taste like a nougut candy bar. As a bonus, this product has a low glycemic index and is approved for use by diabetics. Hope this review helps anyone thinking of buying this product, I recommend it.

Try it...this really works.

This is the first thing I've tried in all my 60 years that actually does what it says. I lost 16 lbs during the two week fasting phase. I would never have believed I could go 14 days w/o eating...I have always been a big eater. Now I am doing the weight loss phase...and it's so easy. I would recommend this product to everyone who has tried a zillion things that didn't work. I still have some weight to loose, but now I know I can do so easily. Try it, you won't be disapointed.

I have been using hoodia ultra 2000 for 5 months now and have found it to be helpful in losing weight.

I am consistently losing poundage when I behave with me eating. Hoodia Ultra has helped me by curbing my appetite to the point where it is a lot easier to say no to food. I plan to stick with it.

this is my second time buying hoodia ultra 2000 time release high potency pills. i take them and do not feel hungry as i did before. they work great and i will continue to take them. i'm glad they are pure hoodia and not laced with other things that are not needed. i recomend them to anyone that wants to lose weight or just keep their weight under control.

Hoodia Ultra 2000- Bravo

My Doctor recommended Hoodia for me because I only wanted to try all natural approaches to controlling my weight. He told me to stick with it because it takes time and that Hoodia was a safe, not too drastic approach to use.

I tried a few other brands before I found Hoodia Ultra 2000 with less success. I have been taking Hoodia Ultra 2000 now for about 4 months and have been really happy with it. The effect was subtle at first. At the beginning, It worked sometimes but not all the time. Then over time, I noticed that I wanted to eat less most of the time. It doesnt completely wipe out my appetite, it just lessons it. I was told this was a safer approach then to have no appetite at all. It's ironic that I am saving money on food and snacks that more than pays for the Hoodia..

One of the patterns that I noticed was that if I was extremely active or extremely stressed, my stomach acids would overpower the effects of the Hoodia. My doctor said that was normal.

What really sold me on this product was that on average days (not the exceptionally stressful times) I had less appetite and would eat less.

I have lost about 26 pounds in the last 4 months and feel much better.

Well, One weight loss pills is my favorite one. I've lost a lot of weight on it. I've been buying from YoungYou since 2006 and always been satisfied with their product's quality and customer service. (I receiving Endermologie at their Rejuvenation Center) I looked at the one-star reviews some people put on One Weight Loss and they made me laugh. I understand weight loss is a competitive business, but I am wondering what is the reason to claim that the company dosn't exist. Completely ridiculous! Also, I noticed that the almost all negative reviews are posted by unverified customers, which means they never even bought the product. I am writing this because I really appreciate the company and their products. One Weight loss pills helped me with my weight problem and my girl friedns and co-workers. I hope this will be helpful!

Super Appetite Control - lost weight within the first month!

I have tried several different diet pills that promise both fat burning and appetite control. I have made it a personal rule that if I don't notice any effects before I finish the first bottle, I will not purchase a second bottle. That being said, I was quite impressed with One!
At first, the appetite control was amazing! I could totally relate to others' claims of needing to remind themselves to eat! However, I did notice that the "power" seemed to deminish after a couple of weeks on One - it seemed that my body became somewhat used to the suppliment. *This does not mean that it stopped working!!!* In fact, I found the slightly increased appetite a little comforting. I would eat breakfast any time before 11:00, take my pill within 20 minutes of eating (one of the easiest pills to remember to take, by the way!), and not need to snack or pick at all for the entire rest of the day! I would eat dinner any time between 4 and 6, depending on when I ate breakfast, AND I NEVER FELT HUNGRY WHEN IT WASN'T TIME TO EAT!!!
I can't exactly give the same props to the energizing fat burner. My energy levels didn't increase noticeably, however, I didn't feel tired or drained with my decreased caloric intake. It's because of this missing element that I will be trying something else next month, hopefully achieving my desired weight!
One helped in a HUGE way, though, and I experienced *no negative side effects* (very important!)! Once I reach my goal, I will buy One in order to help me to maintain it!
I really, really liked this pill, and would recommend it to anyone who, like me, doesn't have more than 15-20 lbs that they want to shed. I DEFINITELY LOST INCHES IN THE FIRST MONTH!! My clothes fit better, I look better, and I feel better! I don't ask for too much more than that!

*** UPDATE ***
after just 3 days on something else, i'm dumping them and getting more of this!! i tried Fastin and it was he worst decision i could've made! day one brought a mild headache at the end of the day. day two brought a more intense headache & a general feeling of crappiness throughout the day. day three started with a full-blown migraine. YUCK! i'm on amazon right now so that i can order more ONE!
lesson learned: when you find something that works for you, stick with it!! the grass only looks greener...

i just ordered my 4th bottle of this diet pill - it is a miracle!! i have lost inches - INCHES - without even having to exercise! it is the easiest to remember to take - only once a day, within 20 minutes of eating your first meal - and it never, ever made me feel sick or jittery! i'm wearing clothes now that i haven't worn in years, and some that i've never been able to wear (bought them too small to begin with, and kept in hopes of reaching the point where i am right now!)! it's gentile and subtle enough without exercising that no-one ever suspected that i had "help" ;-) i would recommend One to anyone who is looking to lose weight

Not a miracle drug--but does work

I am coming back for my 2nd bottle of this product. I found this product to be helpful as a mild appetite suppresant, as well as helping with food cravings. The best way of weight loss, for me, is to count calories. Before I started taking The One, I was having trouble getting started with this process. This drug better enabled me to stick with my calorie counting goal of 1200 calories per day. I have lost five pounds in a month. I am not a person who loses weight easily, so I must be dilligent about following a plan. The One diet supplement just made it easier to follow my own weight loss plan. The only side affect I noticed was that it made me thirsty. That was not particularly bothersome, as that just encouraged me to drink more water throughout the day, which also aids in weight loss. I do not believe there to be any unhealthful side affects with this pill, which is why I feel confident to begin taking them again for another month.

I recommend this product if you are looking for a an aide to help you with whatever weight loss plan you are doing.This is not a miracle drug...I consider it just to be a safe tool to help along the way on your weight loss journey.

Works well, some side effects

My girlfriend and I split a bottle of these and we did see some results. We also exercise 3 to 4 times per week and eat pretty healthy for the most part. The only change in our routine were these pills which only lasted a couple weeks (If taking alone and using as directed, they will last you longer of course). I noticed more than anything else a burst in energy early in the day, my friend not so much. Both of us did feel side effects, similar to one would feel when taking too much caffeine, not the worse feeling in the world but one I can definitely do without.

Even though I probably didn't give them enough time to fully take effect, I probably still wouldn't purchase these again.

Price is one issue, cost definitely would add up over time, although taking these long term is probably not a good idea anyways. Probably the closest thing I can use to compare to these pills (and really any fat burning pill for that matter) is bitter orange extract, 10 Grams (0.35 Oz) Synephrine HCL 99% (Bitter Orange Extract) (Citrus Aurantium Extract) Bulk Powder. A group of personal trainers at our gym turned us on to it right when we started working out, I lost 15 pounds in 2 month and my friend lost over twenty in the same amount of time. No side effects, less expensive, and it still gives a noticeable boost in energy and metabolism. It works without making you sick is what I'm trying to say, I guess.

Bad reaction

Took one pill this morning with water, and with in an hour was very sick, dizzy, incresed heart rate, hot flashs. So I guess if you cant keep anything down it works as a diet pill.
I read the review and tried to resreach it online for side affects, didn't find much but more advertisments, and almost the exact same review aganin and again. So lets hope its something I can return. If not wasted $39.99 and now I see it has gone up $10.00.
Just reminds me there are no short cuts in life.

Udate to review-- Two weeks later. Manny from GoOnline said he would refund my money and then delete my low reveiw. Havent seen the refund and have filed 3 claims now with Amazon as of today. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING GO OLINE SAYS!!!!!!

Pure crap, fake reviewers, etc

This stuff is PURE CRAP, like all other diet pills. It will make you sick, you'll have no results, and you'll be poorer from buying this snake oil. AVOID. The company posts fake reviews of its products all over Amazon. It's so stupid, look how many reviews are coming in and look at their content. None of them are verified orders. People aren't even this unanimous about stuff that DOES WORK.

Alright, in an effort to make this review more helpful, I'm going to do a full review of Slimula's advertised ingredients. Hopefully this will prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that this terrible product is just a scam.

From their website, Slimula contains the following:
"Slimula Blend: 604mg"
-The reason for listing this as a blend was probably done intentionally. Next, they will list all of the ingredients within the 'Slimula Blend', but they avoid saying how much of each ingredient comprises the 604mg total. This obviously is of huge importance. Say they had an ingredient listed that really, really helped burn fat (but maybe it's an expensive ingredient or something). If there's only 1mg of the stuff in the Slimula Blend, it won't do anything for you, but you'll think "it contains _____!" and be thrilled.

1. Caffeine:
Common ingredient in diet pills. Caffeine actually does increase your metabolism, but you could have had a cup of coffee instead. And of course, we don't even know much caffeine is in the blend. It could be lesser than, greater than, or equal to what's in a cup of coffee but odds are this Slimula blend contains very little of each ingredient that actually works and contains mostly filler crap designed to save money and sell pills.

2. Hoodia Gordonii
There is no published scientific evidence that hoodia works as an appetite suppressant in humans. I don't think I can post links here so check it out yourself. The same principle applies here somewhat in that even if there were some promising studies showing that Hoodia suppresses the appetite to some degree in humans, the dosage is unknown here.

3. Salix alba (White Willow Extract)
This is commonly used to relieve aches and pains and reduce fevers. No evidence that it is effective for weight loss either.

4. Bitter orange (Citrus aurantium extract)
Again, no evidence it actually promotes weight loss and there are some potential serious side effects and drug interactions with this one. It may increase heart rate and blood pressure but has been linked to strokes, angina, and other serious problems.

5. Yohimbine
Again, very little reliable evidence that it promotes fat loss. In addition, the 'range between an effective dose and a dangerous dose is very narrow'. This makes Slimula's lack of transparency even more troubling. Very dangerous possible adverse effects, and considering the fact that we don't even know the dosage, a pretty big gamble to make on your health.

6. Evodia extract
No evidence for this one either. Apparently 'raised body temperature' in a rat study, but the change was not significant. Pretty sure you could raise the body temperature of a rat just by feeding it a warm grain of salt. Increased body temperature could benefit weight loss (especially water weight), so that was probably their angle here.

7. Senna extract
Of course we don't know the quantity for this ingredient either, so it may or may not be dangerous. Senna can decrease your appetite and acts as a laxative as well. This is a dangerous combination and can lead to persistent diarrhea, dehydration, and so on. Of course there may be 1mg of Senna here as well and the dosage is important. However, with many of the negative reviews on this product reporting nausea and bad side effects, some of these ingredients may really be there in dangerous quantities.

8. Alpha Lipoic Acid
Not a dangerous ingredient (ALA is good), but because we don't know the dosage we don't know it's beneficial at all. ALA possibly helps the body metabolize carbohydrates and therefore can aide in weight loss in some way. Just off the top of my head it would seem that any effective dose of ALA would probably be expensive to include in an otherwise useless product, so the dosage here is probably tiny.

So there you have it! 600+ mg of unknown quantities of mostly useless and possibly dangerous ingredients. Ridiculous that a company is even allowed to produce such a product and sell it for human consumption. Not only are you spending money on a useless product, but you possibly will make yourself very sick for at least one day and I bet you won't be able to get your money back.

They are working for me! Munchies be Gone!

I lost 90 pounds doing the HCG diet. Which was a lot of HARD work. (You can read about my journey on hellojody dot com.) I have been off the diet for a year now and have gained back almost half of what I lost. Since getting off of the HCG diet I have been searching for a program I can do to sustain my weight loss, eat a normal healthy diet and perhaps knock a little more off. By using these tablets and eating sensibly, I think I have finally found the thing to help me stay on track.

I'm a little shocked to see the low star reviews. I am the type that hardly anything ever works on and these tablets are really working for me. I started taking them last Sunday (January 6th, 2013) and one week later I am down 10 pounds!!! I'm not sure if the weight came off that fast because I had just put it back on or what. I'll have to update this review as I progress on this new plan and let you all know.

They are not speedy at all. What I really notice is that they eliminate my apetite. I am a busy nibbler, especially at night, and these have almost taken away that urge. I think some of it still lingers because it has become a really bad habit or routine that I created for myself. With these tablets I am able to overcome it.

Working For Me So Far!

I started using the pills on 1/15 and as of 1/20 I have lost 2.5 pounds. I rarely have had cravings this week and the pill doesn't make me feel sick, tired, stressed, irritible or jumpy. I originally bought the 1 month supply but am about to buy the 3 month because I am really happy with the results in just one week!

A little background: I am over 45 pounds overweight and just started working out 15 minutes a day (to start off with because I am really out of shape). I also started drinking health shakes for breakfast, lunches include steamed veggies and protien and fresh fruit and dinner tends to be something light and non-processed. This diet wasn't working for me because of my horrible cravings for sugar and snacks. The pill stopped those cravings all together and makes me feel generally really good!

Bought this based on reviews. Arrived quickly. Started six days ago so far nothing lost, not one ounce. I have 10 lbs to lose and have been watching calories and walking 4 miles a day. Even added another mile. S far no results. Update: This is an excellent appetite suppressant and works in that regard. Still waiting for weight loss though. Update: After 16 days I've lost two pounds which isn't bad since I only need to lose 10. This is a SUPER appetite suppressant with no side effects.Update: After almost 20 days on this product I have lost 3 pounds; the weight is finally coming off, albeit slowly. Will be my last post - this is the best appetite suppressant I have used and I've tried many. Seems it may take awhile to kick in for some of us but I am losing weight.
